Booking Policy
To confirm your travel reservation, the following advance payment schedule applies:
30 days or more before departure: 30% of the total package price
20 to 29 days before departure: 50% of the total package price
Within 14 days of departure: 100% of the total package price
Note: Full payment must be completed at least 14 days prior to the departure date. Kerala Tour And Packages reserves the right to cancel any booking not paid in full by this deadline. Certain destinations or premium accommodations may require 100% advance payment at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or make changes to your holiday, you must notify us in writing via email, initiated by the original booking holder. The following cancellation charges will apply:
29+ days before departure: Booking amount is non-refundable
20–28 days before departure: 50% of total package cost
Within 14 days of departure: 100% cancellation charge applies
Modifications or Cancellations by Destination Travel
All our packages are planned in advance. While changes are rare, we reserve the right to make necessary adjustments or cancellations under exceptional circumstances.
Should a change or cancellation be required:
You will be informed as soon as possible.
If the tour hasn’t started, we will offer alternate dates or comparable arrangements.
If the tour has already commenced, a partial refund will be issued based on the unused portion of the tour.
In all such cases, our liability is limited to refunding the amount paid to us for the tour.
Force majeure events such as extreme weather, political unrest, or natural disasters may also necessitate changes. In such cases, we will aim to provide alternative arrangements but cannot guarantee availability.
Changes to Bookings by the Client
If you wish to modify your travel plan after confirmation—such as changing the travel date, destination, or hotel—we will do our best to accommodate your request. All changes must be submitted in writing by the original booking holder.

Any expenses resulting from modifications will be the responsibility of the traveler.
